State Establishment "Lugansk State Medical University" 91045,50 Rokyv Oborony Luganska Block, 1G, Lugansk,Ukraine More statistics point to the aging of the population of Ukraine, in 2011, with 24.6 million 9.8 million Ukrainian women are older than 50 years and 6.2 million - over 60 years [1]. Recently, the problem of osteoporosis has become acuity by two interrelated negative demographic processes: a significant increase in the general population of older people, as well as the growing number of women who are undergoing menopause [4]. In 30-50% of women established osteoporosis, a disease that is characterized as a "silent epidemic" because nearly one clinical manifestations may be spontaneous fracture. According to epidemiological surveys conducted by Ukrainian Association of osteoporosis, led by Professor V. Povorozniuk, a large part of the population of Ukraine found insufficient or deficient in vitamin D. In more than 50% of the population detect low levels of vitamin D (in 40-49 years - 57.1%, 50-59 years - 57.2%, 60-69 years - 62.1%, 70-79 years - 48 2%. [5] However, in the Luhansk region such research has not been conducted. Aim of study - to examine the structural and functional changes of bone, vitamin D levels in residents Pervomajsk Luhansk region (based on epidemiological studies). Relationship of academic programs, plans, themes: work is a fragment of topics for research SI "Lugansk State Medical University" "The content of vitamin D in the serum of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease» (№ state registration 0112U004161). Materials and methods. Epidemiological studies conducted at the outpatient department of the hospital Pervomaysk. The study involved 73 patients. Everyone was conducted to determine the level of vitamin D (25 (OH) D), calcium, phosphorus levels, parathyroid hormone (PTH). Evaluation of structural and functional state of bone was performed on the machine "Sahara" (Hologic) Ukrainian scientific-medical staff ¬ tion is very poorly center of osteoporosis, Department of Clinical Physiology and pathology of the musculoskeletal system hovoho py-SI "Institute of Gerontology them. D.F.Chebotarova AMS of Ukraine. " Use the device you ¬ was determined following parameters: speed of propagation of ultrasound through bone (MSE m / s), broadband ultrasound attenuation (Shaw, dB / MHz), bone strength index (MI%), which is calculated in a computer-based indicators MSE and Shaw (MI = 0.5 * (nShOU + nShPU) where nShOU = (SHOW-50): 0.75 and nShPU = (MSE-1380): 1.8) and BMD, g/cm2, (BMD ) - an indicator of ultrasound devices company "Hologic", which indicates the expected BMD in established MI. Normal bone status was determined at a value of T-index (deviation from the reference value of peak bone mass of a healthy person) to -1,0 SD, osteopenia - from -1,0 to -2,5 SD, osteoporosis - at <-2.5 SD. Results and discussion. The study involved 73 patients (3 men (4.10%) and 70 women (95.90%) with a duration of menopause 10,13 ± 8,13 years, corresponding to postmenopausal women. Mean age of patients was 52,98 ± 10,05 years. Among the examined 23 patients (31.5%) had somatic pathology. The rest of the studied among nosological forms met: essential hypertension (23.3%), primary poliosteoartritis (5.6%), primary poliosteoartritis, combined with essential hypertension (6.8%), duodenal ulcer (2.7%) , diabetes mellitus (4.1%), chronic cholecystitis (10.9%), autoimmune thyroiditis (5.1%), hiperurikemiya (2.9%), chronic pyelonephritis (4.1%), ischemic heart disease (3 1%). Violation of structural-functional state of bone (osteopenia) is set to 17.8% of postmenopausal women, the extent of which did not differ significantly in relatively healthy women and patients with somatic diseases. Low-energy fractures of history found in 28.7% of patients. The level of vitamin D in serum ranged from 3.4 to 33.04 nmol / L and averaged 16,75 ± 8 nmol / L, which indicates the presence of its deficiency in people [2]. It should be noted that none of the surveyed patients revealed normal values of vitamin D. Vitamin D deficiency in 8.2% of cases accompanied by secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients with essential hypertension. Thus, as a result of epidemiological studies to identify structural and functional disorders of the skeletal system in residents of Luhansk region Pervomajsk osteopenia was found in 17.8% of patients, and the presence of low-energy fractures in history - in 28.7% of patients, which coincides with statistics on the prevalence of osteoporosis among the population of Ukraine [3]. Note the absence of patients with normal vitamin D expressed in its deficit, which requires measures to correct. Conclusions 1. The inhabitants of the city of Luhansk region Pervomajsk osteopenia was found in 17.8% of patients and in 28.7% - low-energy fractures in history. 2. Deficiency of vitamin D from fluctuations in its level from 3.4 to 33.04 nmol / L were found in the patients in 100% of cases. 3. These data suggest the need to introduce measures to correct the violations. Література 1. Григорьева Н.В. Остеопороз- патогенетические подходы к лечению / Н.В.
