Нами була вивчена гостра токсичність, можлива місцево-подразнююча та шкірно-подразююча дія гелю «Фузпан». Результати проведеного дослідження свідчать про відсутність токсичного впливу гелю «Фузпан» при одноразовому нашкірному нанесенні щурам. Таким чином, виходячи з проведених досліджень відповідно до загальноприйнятої класифікації К.К.Сидорова гель «Фузпан» відноситься до IV класу малотоксичних речовин (ЛД>2810 мг/кг). Виходячи з результатів проведеного експерименту можливого впливу гелю «Фузпан» на слизову оболонку ока, можна зробити висновок про відсутність іритативної дії гелю «Фузпан» при контакті зі слизовою оболонкою ока. Гель «Фузпан» не чинить місцевоподразнюючої дії на слизову оболонку ока. При дослідженні шкіро-подразнюючої дії гелю «Фузпан» встановлено, що застосування гелю «Фузпан» не викликає вираженого шкірно-подразнюючого ефекту. Отримані результати доклінічних досліджень підтверджують вираженість фармакологічної дії, ефективність та нетоксичність гелю «Фузпан», що дозволяє рекомендувати його для подальших досліджень та впровадження в дерматологічну практику.

Резюме
Байва П.П., Малоштан Л.Н., Торяник Э.Л. Изучение специфической активности и токсикологических свойств геля “Фузпан”.
Нами была изучена острая токсичность, возможно местно-раздражающее и кожно-подразююча действие геля «Фузпан». Результаты проведенного исследования свидетельствуют об отсутствии токсического воздействия геля «Фузпан» при однократном наружном нанесении крысам. Таким образом, на основании проведенных исследований в соответствии с общепринятой классификации К.К.Сидорова гель «Фузпан» относится к IV классу малотоксичных веществ (ЛД>2810 мг / кг). Исходя из результатов проведенного эксперимента возможного влияния геля «Фузпан» на слизистую оболочку глаза, можно сделать вывод об отсутствии ирритативного действия геля «Фузпан» при контакте со слизистой оболочкой глаза. Гель «Фузпан» не оказывает местно-действия на слизистую оболочку глаза. При исследовании кожно-раздражающего действия геля «Фузпан» установлено, что применение геля «Фузпан» не вызывает выраженного кожно-раздражающего эффекта. Полученные результаты доклинических исследований подтверждают выраженность фармакологического действия, эффективность и нетоксичность геля «Фузпан», что позволяет рекомендовать его для дальнейших исследований и внедрения в дерматологическую практику.

Summary
Bayva P.P., Maloshtan L.M., Toryanyk Ye.L. The study of specific activity and toxicological properties of the gel “Fuzpan”.
We have studied the acute toxicity, probabale locally-irritating and skin- irritating activities of the gel “Fuzpan”. The results of the study indicate the absence of toxic effects of the gel “Fuzpan” under a single cutaneous application to the rats. Thus, we can say that the gel “Fuzpan” refers to the IV class oflow-toxic substances (LD 2810 mg / kg), based on the carried research and according to the generally accepted classification by K.K.Sydorov.  Based on the results of the experiment of the possible impact by the gel “Fuzpan” on the mucous membrane of the eye, it can be concluded that there is no irritative action of the gel “Fuzpan” in the contact with mucous membranes of the eye. The gel “Fuzpan” does not have any locally-irritating actions on the mucous membrane of the eye. We have found that the use of the gel “ Fuzpan “ does not cause any pronounced skin- irritating effects according to the study of skin - irritating actions of the gel “Fuzpan”. The results of the preclinical studies have confirmed the expression of a pharmacological action, efficacy and non-toxicity of the gel “Fuzpan” that allows us to recommend it for the further researches and implementation in the dermatological practice.

The assortment of modern drugs to treat infectious and inflammatory lesions of the skin and mucous membrane is quite wide. In a complex drug wound healing therapy the agents are used in the form of ointments, gels, emulheley, sprays and so on for a local application. However, efficacy and quality of drugs for a topical treatment of wounds, which have been recently produced by chemical and pharmaceutical companies in Ukraine and CIS countries, have not been provided the needs of the modern medicine.

In this regard, the search for and development of new drug formulations, technologies and techniques aimed at more effective destruction of pathogenic organisms, pathogenic effects, as well as the progress of wound healing have not stopped.

The promising substances for the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases are panthenol and fusidiave acid nowadays.

By studying anti-inflammatory activity of the Panthenol according to the model of thermal paw inflammation in mice, it has been found that there is the development of exudative inflammation in the animals.

These obtained results have shown that the influence of Panthenol in the concentrations of 2% , 5%, 7% on exudative phase of inflammation. Inhibition of edema caused by thermal burns, the panthenol 5 % is 44,09 %, the panthenol of 7% - is 36.56 %, and  the panthenol 2% - is 18.2 % 8 .

 These obtained results have evidenced for an anti-inflammatory ( antiburnt) activity of the Panthenol on thermal models of inflammation in the mice. The largest anti-inflammatory panthenol activity has been showed at the concentration of 5%.

The results of the impact of the gel " Fuzpan " in comparison with the ointment "Vundehil" on the course of ultraviolet erythema in murchakies skin have shown that the recovery of the skin in the control pathology murchakies group has lasted 14 days in this experiment on the model of skin inflammation with a predominant alternative mechanism - ultraviolet erythema in the murchakies – where the gel " Fuzpan " has shown some pronounced anti-inflammatory and reparative properties that exceed the active of the reference drug ointment " Vundehil ."
