Проведен анализ возможностей применения в клинической практике некоторых немедикаментозных методов альтернативной и дополнительной медицины. Показано, что в последнее десятилетие ситуация меняется и в научных исследованиях демонстрируется эффективность многих альтернативных методов лечения. В целом, методы комплиментарной и альтернативной медицины не выходят за пределы плацебо-эффекта. Тем не менее, такие исследования важны и служат как для защиты населения, так и для облегчения восприятия этих методов медицинским сообществом.

Проведений аналіз можливостей застосування в клінічній практиці деяких немедикаментозних методів альтернативної і додаткової медицини. Показано, що в останнє десятиліття ситуація міняється і в наукових дослідженнях демонструється ефективність багатьох альтернативних методів лікування.
В цілому, методи компліментарної і альтернативної медицини не виходять за межі плацебо-ефекту. Проте, такі дослідження важливі і служать як для захисту населення, так і для полегшення сприйняття цих методів медичним співтовариством.

The analysis of possibilities of application in clinical practice of some unmedicinal methods of alternative and additional medicine is conducted. It is shown that in the last decade a situation changes and efficiency of many alternative methods of treatment is demonstrated in scientific researches. On the whole, the methods of komplimentarnoy and alternative medicine keep indoors outside platsebo-effect. Nevertheless, such researches are important and serve both for defence of population and for the facilitation of perception of these methods by a medical association.
