Фролова Л. О. Динаміка СРБ та ІЛ - 8 при артеріальній гіпертензії в періменопаузі та пост менопаузі.
Репродуктивні процеси в жіночому організмі проходять за участю імунної системи. Запалення і зміни в імунній реактивності пояснюють різні аспекти патогенезу гіпертонічної хвороби. У плазмі крові у обстежених жінок періоду періменопаузи і постменопаузи відмічені достовірно високі рівні СРБ та ІЛ - 8 порівняно з здоровими жінками контрольної групи. Наявність гіпертонічної хвороби призводить до збільшення рівнів вивчених прозапальних факторів, що наявніше простежується в періменопаузі.

Фролова Л. А. Динамика СРБ И ИЛ - 8 при артериальной гипертензии в перименопаузе и постменопаузе.
Репродуктивные процессы в женском организме проходят при участии иммунной системы. Воспаление и изменения в иммунной реактивности объясняют разные аспекты патогенеза гипертонической болезни. В плазме крови у обследованных женщин в перименопаузе и постменопаузе отмечены достоверно высокие уровни СРБ и ИЛ - 8 сравнительно со здоровыми женщинами контрольной группы. Наличие гипертонической болезни приводит к увеличению уровней изученных провоспалительных факторов, что более наглядно прослеживается в перименопаузе.

Summary
Frolova L.O. CRP and IL - 8 in essential hypertension during peri - and postmenopause.
Wemen has curtain changes in the immune reactivity depends on age and morbidity. Inflammation and changes in the immune reactivity with age and gender give the new aspect to the pathogenesis of essential hypertension. In our data perimenopausal and postmenopausal women has higher CRP and IL - 8 levels than apparently healthy young women. Its levels increases both in perimenopausal and postmenopausal women with high blood pressure.
