В роботі оцінено якість життя хворих на хронічний гломерулонефрит з супутньої ішемічною хворобою серця. Оптимальні результати впливу на якість життя отримані при комбінуванні медикаментозного лікування, гіпокситерапії з ліпосомальними засобами.

В работе оценено качество жизни больных хроническим гломерулонефритом с сопутствующей ИБС. Оптимальные результаты влияния на качество жизни получены при комбинации медикаментозного лечения, гипокситерапии с липосомальными препаратами.

It is established the life quality for patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and coexist coronary heart disease in the research. The optimal results of influence on the life quality are got at combination of medicamental treatment, hypoxytherapy with liposomal preparations.

The goal of research consisted in determination and optimization of life quality of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) and coexist ischemic heart disease (IHD) by inclusion in the complex curative program of liposomal preparations and hypoxytherapy [1, 6].
For gaining the goal of research 200 patients with CGN and IHD took part in the project. They were divided into 4 study groups. The groups appeared to be identical by the age, gender and duration of CGN and IHD. All of the patients had the initial preserved function of kidneys. The first group (50 patients) got the standard antianginal set of medicines in combination with daily 50-60 minute sessions of interval normobaric hypoxytherapy (INBHT) at 11-12% oxygen saturation of respiratory gas (hypoxicator "GIP 10-1000-0", "Trade Medical", (Russia) [1, 3]. The second group (50 patients) got the same therapy but in combination with liposomal preparations. "Lipin" in a dose of 0,5 g on 50 ml. normal saline was inserted endovenously in the morning and "Lipoflavon" was inserted in the evening (production association "Biolack", Kharkiv) [4, 7]. Additionally in the day-time patients of this group had inhalations 0.5 g of "Lipin" by means of suprasonic nebuliser. General duration of liposomal therapy was 15 days. The third group (50 patients) got triple therapy: antianginal, sessions of INBHT and liposomal facilities by the analogical sketch. The fourth group (group of comparison) got only antianginal therapy.
It was used the Russian release of general questionnaire of "SF - 36 Health Status Survey" for determination of treatment influence on life quality [2].
The use of INBHT in the integrated treatment of patients with CGN and IHD allows to decrease intensity of pain index while inclusion of liposomal preparations in the complex program also assists an increase of physical functioning and general state of health.
The most optimal results are got at combination of hypoxytherapy and liposomal treatment. Thus the index of pain decreased more intensively (first of all the one of anginal character) and increased the indexes of physical functioning, social health, vitality, psychical functioning.
In future we plan to study the dynamics of immunological indexes at application of hypoxytherapy with liposomal therapy for patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and coexist ischemic heart disease.
