Степанова О.В. Ефективність піоглітазону в зниженні жиру печінки та корекції інсулінорезистентності.
Неалкогольна жирова хвороба печінки (НАЖХП) тісно пов’язана з інсулінорезистентністю (ІР), дисліпідемією,ожирінням та є  фактор серцево-судинного ризику. Мета дослідження зумовлена в дослідженні зв’язку між ІР та НАЖХП, а також у оцінці піоглітазона як препарату, підвищуючого чутливість до інсуліну. Після 6 місяців лікування піоглітазоном у осіб з ІР відзначена ефективність у зниженні рівня HbA1c, корекція рівня ліпідів плазми крові, ферментів печінки та жира печінки.

Неалкогольная жировая болезнь печени (НАЖБП) тесно связана с инсулинорезистентностью (ИР), дислипидемией, ожирением и является сердечнососудистым фактором риска.  Цель исследования заключалась в исследовании связи между ИР и НАЖБП, а также в оценке пиоглитазона как препарата, повышающего чувствительность к инсулину. После 6 месяцев лечения пиоглитазоном у лиц с ИР отмечена его эффективность в снижении уровня HbA1c, коррекции уровня липидов плазмы крови, ферментов печени и жира печени.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is strongly associated with insulinoresistens (IR), dyslipidemia, obesity and are risk factors for the development cardiovascular disease. This study was aimed at observing the relationship between IR and  NAFLD, and evaluating the role of pioglitazone acting as insulin-sensitizing agents. 6 month’s treatment pioglitazone is as effective in lowering HbA1c, correction of lipid levels on plasma blood and of liver enzymes and of fatty liver in people with IR.
