Журавлева Л.В. Гастроэзофагеальная рефлюксная болезнь: клиника диагностика, лечение.
Актуальность проблемы ГЭРБ заключается в ее высокой распространенности, способности ухудшать течение некоторых заболеваний, а так же развития осложнений, что в свою очередь требует внедрения современных алгоритмов диагностики, лечения и профилактики заболевания и его осложнений. В настоящее время используется достаточно большое количество диагностических средств, для диагностики ГЭРБ, такие как эндоскопия, оценка симптомов, рентгенография пищевода с использованием бариевой взвеси, амбулаторный мониторинг рН, проба с ингибиторами протонной помпы и др. Современным стандартом в лечении ГЭРБ является кислотосупрессивная терапия. Наряду с медикаментозным лечением, в последнее время растет интерес к новым методам эндоскопической и хирургической терапии в лечение пациентов с этим заболеванием. Знание этиологии, эпидемиологии, патофизиологии и основных клинических проявлений позволит выполнять своевременную диагностику и лечение, что позволит предупредить развитие осложнений этого заболевания.

Журавльова Л.В. Гастроезофагеальна рефлюксна хвороба: клініка діагностика, лікування.
Актуальність проблеми ГЕРХ полягає в її високій поширеності, здатності погіршувати перебіг деяких захворювань, а так само розвитку ускладнень, що в свою чергу вимагає впровадження сучасних алгоритмів діагностики, лікування та профілактики захворювання та його ускладнень. В даний час використовується досить велика кількість діагностичних засобів, для діагностики ГЕРХ, такі як ендоскопія, оцінка симптомів, рентгенографія стравоходу з використанням барієвої суспензії, амбулаторний моніторинг рН, проба з інгібіторами протонної помпи та інше. Сучасним стандартом у лікуванні ГЕРХ є кіслотосупрессівная терапія. Поряд з медикаментозним лікуванням, останнім часом зростає інтерес до нових методів ендоскопічноі та хірургічної терапії в лікування пацієнтів з цим захворюванням. Знання етіології, епідеміології, патофізііологіі та основних клінічних проявів дозволить виконувати своєчасну діагностику, лікування, що дозволить попередити розвиток ускладнень цього захворювання.

Zhyravleva L.V. Gastroesophageal reflux disease: clinical diagnosis, treatment.
 The topicalityof the problem of GERD is its high prevalence, the ability to aggravate certain diseases, development of complications, which requires the introduction of advanced algorithms for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease and its complications. Currently used by a large number of diagnostic tools for the diagnosis of GERD, such as endoscopy, evaluation of symptom, radiography of the esophagus with barium suspension, ambulatory pH monitoring, the test with the inhibitors of proton pompyi etc. Modern standard in the treatment of GERD is acid suppressive therapy. Besides medication, recently a growing interest in new methods endoskopichnoi and surgical therapy in the treatment of patients with this disease. Knowledge of etiology, epidemiology, pathophysiologyi and main clinical manifestations will allow timely diagnosis and treatment that would prevent the development of complications of the disease.
